Virginia must do it’s part to require pet stores to comply with laws regarding the care of puppies and kittens in pet stores. These animals have quite often already be subjected to less than humane treatment at puppy and kitty mills before being placed for sale in the stores. These animals need the same protection as the animals in shelters and those that we have adopted into our homes. They cannot speak for themselves so we must speak for them and protect them.
