Hello,

It has come to my attention the sub-par treatment and regulation of care for animals at pet shops.  VDACS must increase the standards of care for these vulnerable and innocent animals.  The current draft regulations don't provide animals with enough meaningful protection.  I urge VDACS to protect these animals and do everything in their power to have higher standards for pet shops.
