I encourage you to end the selling of puppies in all pet stores, statewide.  The puppies comes from puppy mills.  The breeding conditions are horrific in the puppy mills and the puppies end up with serious health issues.  Permit pet stores to host animal adoption events.  Ban the selling of puppies in all pet stores in the Commonwealth.
