I think we have moved too far from the original regulations of a  high school diploma/GED to a national exam.  I do believe that Virginia needed more than a GED but with these new regulations we have people that have been administrators for years who are walking away from health care because of the extreme changes.  I do also believe that for those that have taken the national exam and passed they should be grandfathered in if Viginia changes to a state exam.
