A State exam would make much more sense for the Administrator's in Virginia to take as we know the Regulations in this state and keep up with any changes from a Statewide view.  The national exam has us rethink our State Regulations as there are many things that are different.  Also, taking the National exam doesn't give us a "National" license.  Thank you for your consideration.
