Mobile Crisis Response Medical Necessity Criteria
Back to response requiring referral from Call Center for Mobile Crisis intervention. Regarding ECOs that ES is mandated to respond to, clients in crisis on the CSB’s campus which serves SMI including clinics or intervening in the community whether with co-responders, CCT or by other staff. Is this stating we must have the police or the individual call the Crisis Call center first to demonstrate “was unable to be resolved by the Crisis hotline phone triage”. That would be an inadequate or untimely response to address urgent emergency psychiatric crises.
