Agency Decision Summary |
The Board considered this petition at its September 23, 2022 meeting. The Board decided to take no action on the petition, finding that a requirement that individuals under supervision must obtain an LMSW would create a barrier to increasing the workforce, a barrier to access to services, and would add regulatory and exam burdens to supervisees. |
