| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Board) will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. Staff will report to the Board on the Pesticide Control Fund. Staff will request Board approval of a fast-track action to amend 2 VAC 5-425 (Vapor Pressure Requirements for Gasoline Ethanol Blends). Staff will report to the Board on the Office of Hemp Enforcement. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. | |||
