| Purpose of the meeting A regularly scheduled meeting to transact CTB business, such as permits, regulatory actions, additions/deletions to the highway system, and other matters requiring board approval. Public comment will be received at the outset of the meeting on items on the agenda for which the opportunity for public comment has not been afforded the public in another forum. Remarks will be limited to five minutes. Large groups will be asked to select one individual to speak for the group. The board reserves the right to amend these conditions.
