VDOT seeks public comment regarding the following question: Does the regulation meet the following goals? 1. To protect the public's health, safety, and welfare with the least possible cost and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. 2. To ensure work done on state-owned right of way is performed safely and in accordance with good engineering principles to preserve the integrity of the road systems. 3. Is the regulation written clearly and understandably? |
