Explanation or Citations Effective September 1, 2022 there will be a $10 increase in the tutor rates for both the statewide and the northern Virginia areas. The increase will affect the regular tutoring rates in homes and schools, and business tutoring rates at employment sites. The following are the technology tutor rates that will take effect: 1. Statewide regular tutoring in home or school: From $45/hr to $55/hr
