Summary The DBVI VR Policy and Procedures Manual exists to provide agency employees, individuals who are blind, vision impaired, or deafblind who are eligible or potentially eligible, and external stakeholders with clear and concise guidance pertaining to agency VR internal policies, procedures, and business practices. Policies are developed in compliance with relevant state and federal statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
