Do not ban reparative therapy - Parents should decide what is best for their children.    

The goverment of The United States, and the state of Virginia are explicitly prohibited from curtailing free speech and freedom of association.  Banning reparative therapy, a legitmate contracted service would extinguish both of those rights in Virginia, and hand to the to the government more power than it is due. Situations involving children are best addressed by those closest to the situation, parents, not bureacrats.
