I oppose this proposed regulation

I oppose this regulation.  The Commonwealth's community of CCW holders is quite possibly the most law abiding in the state.  A patchwork of laws that further confuses where a CCW holder may carry - or not carry would be a terrible decision.  The risk that the law-abiding citizen suddenly becomes a law-breaker - simply by making a wrong turn down a Richmond hallway is a very real unintended consequence of this proposed legistlation.  In fact, preventing a patchwork of laws is one of the reasons Virginia has passed pre-emption laws (where state law supersedes local or county gun laws) that provide our law abiding citizens with a much needed consistency for reducing the possibility of running afoul of arbitrary and senseless firearm carry restrictions.

Thanks!
