I strongly disagree with the entire premiss of ever considering such and action.  You'll never stop fringe lunatics illegal carry.  Their numbers appear to grow day by day in Virginia with the mass exodus from Northern Bankrupt Cities and States destroyed by years of Democratic Party abuse!  We don't want minority, P.C. controlled debates.  Just honest, fact driven, majority supported initiatives.  Stop carpet baggers from usurping the traditional values of Virginians! God, Country, Community and common sense small Government.
