I oppose this regulation. CHP holders enhance safety and security where they live, work, and travel. Gun-free zones raise the risk levels for workers, visitors and the law-enforcement officers responsible for protecting gun-free zones and cities. Chicago, Washington, D.C. and many other restrictive, high-crime locales are to be avoided because responsible citizens are disarmed and criminals are rampant. Please doesn't turn Virginia government buildings and property into gun-free zones.
