Concealed carry permit holders are statistically the most law-abiding and peaceful citizens in the Commonwealth. Restricting their daily activities with "no gun zones" is harmful to them, and the community. I see this proposed legislation as intended to inhibit these upstanding citizens from participation in State and local government.
