This proposed regulation is an answer in search of a problem. Holders of concealed handgun permits have been legally, and safely, doing business at state agencies for decades now. Has there been even one incident? Politically-motivated legislation such as this has no place in Virginia. Regulate and restrict the criminals. Do not further regulate safe, law-abiding citizens.
