Board of Health,

As I understand it, the Virginia Board of Health is an advocate for public safety; especially for woman in Virginia. As such, we ask that you take your role more seriously and stop your political agenda to provide unrestrained abortion. Woman suffer when abortion clinics are not regulated exactly like other medical providers who perform major surgery and have no illusion that an abortion is major surgery. These should ONLY be performed under the highest standards in the medical community. We must protect a womans right to safe surgery and lowering standards to make it easier for for-profit abortion clinics is the wrong solution. Joseph and Connie Mertan
