Action | Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities |

I strongly support the current regulations on abortuaries approved overwhelmingly by the Board of Health. These regulations should be made permanent and continue to include the highest standards. I refuse to accept the premise that abortion is health care because it ends lives rather than healing them. However, existence of the abortion industry calling itself 'health care' is a tragic reality in our Commonwealth and country. The current regulations are reasonable, common-sense measures to ensure that live-saving equipment is on hand, infections are prevented, and clear written policies and building guidelines are in place. Please maintain strong and permanent abortion facility regulations in place as it is abundantly clear, per numerous violations noted by inspectors, the abortion industry cannot be relied upon to promote cleanliness and safety in its facilities.
