Opposed to Changes to Backup Generator Use

I am opposed to DEQ changes in the use of backup diesel generators.  We must continue to do whatever we can to limit fossil fuel combustion and the greenhouses and other pollutants that are emitted in the process.  This change, I feel, would lead to a marked increase in the use of diesel fuel in the State of Virginia.
