I have been a licensed acupuncture physician in Florida for 12 years and have a 4 years Masters and Doctorate degree in acupuncture with over 3000 hours of clinical training.  Allowing non licensed people who just have a few hours to stick needles in people is dangerous. Patient safety comes first.
