Athletic trainers infringing on the scope of highly trained needling professionals (acupuncturists) presents a danger and a threat to safety of Virginia's population. We must preserve and uphold standards of training that far exceed needling techniques for "dry needling" professionals and reserve the right to needle to those trained and licensed accordingly.
