I, Brianna Taylor MSN RN, oppose the proposed increase of licensing and renewal fees for clinicians. As healthcare professionals, not only are we responsible for paying for our education, institutional fees, exam, and licensure fees; We are responsible for uniforms, travel, transportation, and continuing education fees, on to of our personal and inflated livelihood expenses. It would be an extreme burden to ask a group of people to give more financially in order to maintain a profession that they already give so much to.
