I'm sure they can meet their quota by putting their deep nets outside of the Bay & possibly beyond the 3 mile marker.  There is no reason to be in the Bay.  They are destroying the ecosystem in more ways than we can count.  Something needs to be done & this is a good start.  A long way to go still but please get out of the Bay!
