To Whom it may concern,

I am writing to petition the use of Omega boats in the Rappahannock river. As an avid angler and having family on the water, the waters has been terrible with sludge, guts and scales in the rivers from these boats. Where we used to let the kids swim and tube behind the boat I feel as if we cannot do these activities anymore due to the contaminates in the water. There isn’t a part of the river I have been on all summer where there wasn’t sludge floating around.
