I strongly oppose Virginia leaving the RGGI.  This effort has been successful in helping low income families implement energy efficient methods in their homes (a positive effect on multiple levels), in supporting increasingly-needed flood control measures in multiple locations, and in supporting public health, especially in relation to air quality. All of these measures support the safety, economic security, and wellbeing of Virginians, especially those who are most vulnerable. As a person of faith, I support this initiative, and would be very unhappy to see Virginia withdraw from it.
