Virginia's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative should be maintained. This program has reduced our greenhouse gas emissions from powerplants, improved air quality and public health, and made our state less reliant on fossil fuels. Our participation in the RGGI is a good investment in the future of the Commonwealth and should be a point of pride for this administration.
