I urge the VA legislature & Governor to keep VA in the RGGI as it only serves to benefit ALL Virginians. In addition to the 2020 law mandating VA's participation in the program, it has achieved its goal of lowering harmful emissions as intended which is good for everyone's health and our environment.

Please do the right thing and keep this law on the books.
