No interventions to deescalate a behavior

I adopted a special needs child. It has been so challenging to find the right fit for someone to care for him. Most do not have the understanding of what is most important for the child. A child with behaviors as mine are in need of a caregiver that wants to learn what's important for the child and learn triggers of the autistic child. Triggers set off behaviors and when this happens and  it can be self harming. Most caregivers are not taught interventions to deescalate a child when this happens, causing harm to self and others.
