How is it possible that so many voices are going unheard? 

Now we're expected to accept variances that will allow both noxious diesel fumes and increased noise to be added to the already painfully environmentally-unfriendly data center projects? This is madness! We are destroying not only our immediate environment, but we are adding to the ills of our Earth in general. This is like a BAD grade-B Hollywood sci-fi movie: warnings being shouted about the insanity of the plans, to no avail; the Earth collapses under the weight of its inhabitants' ignorance!
