These types of restrictions and regulations are not needed nor smart because they are based on a huge lie!  CO2 is NOT driving out of control warming or climate change.  Very little warmiing has occurred in the last 20 yrs and what has occurred is most likely part of a thousand year warming period.  Sun spot activity may well have a bigger influence on climate which obviously is out of anyone's control.  Mankind must adapt to any climate change that is occurring as it has done for hundreds of thousands of years.  The hubris to believe that man can control temperature by simply controlling one small variable in the complex massive climate system, CO2, is beyond belief and incredibly stupid and expensive!
