Do not cancel RGGI!  RGGI is working; the power companies are reducing their greenhouse gasses under RGGI and the money from RGGI is going to great causes such as providing weatherization for the poor and support for areas impacted by the rising ocean.  

What I don't understand is how a pollution control board can undo a law that was passed by the VA General Assembly.  -Dennis Showalter
