My Comment:
RGGI is not accomplishing what it is supposed to. Virginias carbon footprint is not being reduced and it is costing an enormous amount of money that could be used in better ways.
70% of the 500 million dollars this cost over the last two years was paid by Dominion Energy of which I am a customer. I do not support RGGI.
I DO support Governor Youngkin’s efforts to end this.
