I support the efforts of Governor Youngkin to withdraw from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. In times of rampart inflation it is wrong to add to the financial burdens of the working families of Virginia by a carbon tax which will do nothing to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere when China and India have hundreds of coal fired electric generating plants and plans to build more.
