I am dismayed that the State of Virginia  would want  to deny Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender citizens of this state the opportunity to become adoptive parents.  I want to see the proposed regulations  that deny this same right to those who are legally blind, disabled etc.,  be thrown out. To pass these regulations would be a terrible injustice, and deny equality to all Virginia citizens.
