Freedom of Religion

It is imperative that, in an effort to update requirements for adoption, there be no regulation that prohibits the exercise of freedom of religion - a basic principal of our society.  If regulations require an organization to provide services that are contrary to the religious beliefs or tenants of that organization, then freedom of religion has been effectively denied to that organization.   It is reprehensible to descriminate against an organization in an effort to draft one size fits all legislation.  Religious freedom must be honored at all times in the drafting of all laws and regulations.
