Allowing same sex couples to adopt would mean the shutting down of the majority of adoption services in this state.   Faith baised adoption agencies facilitate over 80% of adoptions in the commonwelth. Being as these adoption services are founded on Judeo/Christian principles, they would rather shut down (as we see going on in Illinois, DC and New York with Catholic adoption agencies) than to do something that would be gravely sinful... those who are proponents of same sex marriage in this forum are advocating for the children, saying they belong in loving homes...and I agree... the issue is the avenues to do so would crumble; leaving these kids without foster homes.  Please think about that before you make any sort of rash decision.
