The State should NOT legislate discrimination.  Children should be able to go to any home, whether it is a single parent, same-sex or opposite-sex couple.  Allowing private agencies or the state to discriminate hurts children and families.  The APA has shown time and time again that children do better with a loving parent(s) regardless of the parent's sexual orientation.  Allowing the state or private agencies to discrimate based on absolutely baseless grounds is sickening and shouldn't be allowed in the state I have spent the majority of my adult life in.
