Under no circumstances should state-licensed child placing agencies be allowed to discriminate against children or prospective parents based on race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, disability and family status.

It's very troubling that when so many children need a sound, stable home, that potential parents are being discriminated against based on sexual orientation.
