Stronger Regulations needed for pet stores selling canines and felines

At a minimum, pet stores should be held to the same standards as shelters and private rescue groups that have facilities. To do anything less is ridiculous. If the standards are necessary, then they are necessary for all.

Further, pet stores should be required to provide basic vet care both preventative and for illnesses and injuries for canines and felines in their care.
