As a citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia, a voter and a mother, I strongly support legislation to expand anti-discrimination language regarding adoption in order to protect children and hopeful parents from exclusion based on sexual orientation, disability, age, gender, race, color, national origin, political or religious affiliation.
