Repeal the chapter completely.  No government should require a medical treatment, in this case, vaccines, to get an education.  Every medical treatment has risks and rewards, and is a decision left to the parent and doctor.  The safety data and types of safety trials for all vaccines lack scientific integrity.  We have a right to bodily autonomy and a right to how we raise our children.  Where's the long-term government research on the overall health of vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children?  Oh, there isn't any.  Where's the informed consent that should by medical ethics and law be given to each parent about each vaccine by their doctor?  Oh, there isn't any given.  The pediatrician just blindly follows his one-sided pharma-company teachings and says, time for your XYZ shot, usually using scare tactics instead of actual factual, two-sided, informed consent.  Stop requiring vaccines, stop tracking vaccines, stop coercing parents to give toxic ingredients to their children so they can go to school.  Shame on the VDH and the Virginia medical profession for complying without taking into account the real risk/reward of all vaccines.  Shame on the VDH for the trickery about the HPV vaccine that isn't actually "required."   Shame on the VDH for offering COVID vaccines to children at all-- the VDH commissioner and staff should be jailed for ever allowing children to be given this vaccine in particular.
