No to adding COVID-19 vaccines to childhood immunization schedule in VA

The CDC is not a legislative or law-making body within the federal government and can only make recommendations. When there is documented special interest influence of billion dollar, for-profit pharmaceutical companies on CDC recommendations, this dangerous bias must be considered by each state in our constitutional republic, that is the United States of America. If Pfizer has asked the court to allow 75 years before releasing their clinical data on their injections, that should give everyone pause. Mandating these experimental injections for anyone, under any circumstance, while taking away the rights of citizens to pursue legal remedy in the case of injury or death caused by the injections, is both unconstitutional and criminal. Adding these vaccines to the childhood schedule of required vaccination creates that very scenario.

As of right now, as was from the beginning nearly 2 years ago when the first injections were first being administered on healthcare providers and first responders, informed consent is not possible. All the mRNA injections that are currently being injected are under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA ) only. There are no “white papers” available as a package insert for the public to review before consenting to administration of the drug. As the Biden administration continues to further extend the state of emergency (at least 3 times now), that Biden himself within the past 2 months has declared being over, all of these products being administered under EUA would have to cease being administered if the emergency was declared over. There are serious risks being revealed and equally suppressed with each day that passes since the administration of these injections began. Where there is risk, there must be uncoerced consent and therefore no mandate.

As a 30-plus year resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, whose motto is Sic semper tyrranis, which can be translated as “rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God”, I am writing to request that the Virginia Department of Health NOT follow the recommendation of the CDC to add the mRNA vaccines to the childhood schedule of required vaccines in Virginia. Furthermore, state taxpayer funds should not continue to be used to purchase and administer these injections through the VDH clinics across the Commonwealth and to any sector of the population that it serves.
