Please do the right thing and enact common-sense regulations (for VDACS) to ensure animals raised for and sold in pet stores protect the rights of those animals to live healthy, safe lives.  Humane methods should always be used when caring for those more vulnerable than us.  These are sentient beings who feel fear, pain, love and many other emotions and sensations.
