It should be easily determined that this regulation should be revoked. This would be an unconstitutional regulation, unnecessary for any persons protection of public health, safety, or welfare. 

Vaccines have been known to cause short-term side effects, as well as delayed deleterious effects. Over the years, vaccines have been linked to disorders ranging from autism and multiple sclerosis and even to type 1 diabetes.
