As a Virginia resident, i implore you to crack down on abusive and neglectful treatment if animals in pet stores! These animals come from barbaric, abusive puppy mills, and then they go off to pet stores, where their care is minimal at best! These horrible places should be put out of business!! They’re making blood money off of those who are helpless to defend themselves. Let’s be better people and come to their rescue!!
