Please do not pass regulations which would prevent faith-based agencies from operating within their statements of faith.  Much service is motivated by belief systems and to demand that people go against their beliefs about what is best will harm their ability to serve and represent their donors.  Such demands would strike a blow against religious freedom upon which our nation was founded.  Thank you.
