I am very concerned about mining in Buckingham County because of the damage to the environment. Also--much of my concern is due to my belief that the Board of Supervisors care more about money than they do about the welfare of the citizens. After going to their meetings for many years, i have come to that conclusion. They are a group of rubber stamps. I don't believe they look at the big picture in many issues.
