I support the revised license as it will allow those with a conscience to help with adoption.

Agencies who would otherwise be willing to help children are prevented because of existing language forcing them to violate personal moral convictions.  If I have a moral conviction, that is the private expression of my freedom of religion.  Therefore I should be able to pursue happiness, or an avocation, that is perfectly legal, and live within my range of activities permitted by the personal moral convictions that I have believed in.   This does not hurt anyone, as the variety of agencies are vast, and almost everyone could find an agency that would in fact help in a child placement, and allow those who have stricter guidelines server a more narrow group of foster and adoptive parents.

So removing the restrictive language will allow more people to provide needed services, not less.
